Minjoo is working in department 3 in HR and her contract is almost running out. Soo-ah is told by the boss to make sure that Minjoo is out before her contract must be renewed. Soo-ah is torn between her loyalty to the Boss and a growing sympathy for Minjoo. A film about how worsening conditions of employment and job security affect our relationships to people around us.
