Community-based economic development Two groups in the South Bronx doing affordable housing including sweat equity – Banana Kelly, and the Mid-Bronx Development Corporation One group in Embarrass Minnesota (SISU) working on stabilizing a rural community through reviving Finnish heritage buildings, crafts, etc.
